Exchanges
Finding the right piece of jewelry is a very personal decision so we understand if you’ve had a change of heart. If you’ve found something else that speaks to you, you can exchange your jewelry within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note we cannot accept exchanges on customized or engraved items, or items that have been worn or damaged.
Returns
Don’t like what you’ve received? Don’t worry. At Lillian M. Collection, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy only applies to non-customized and non-engraved items. We also cannot accept items that have been worn or damaged.
You can initiate your return by logging in to your account, following the instructions, and sending the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within five to seven business days.
- Jewelry must be in good condition unworn, unaltered, condition and accompanied by the original packaging, warranty and instructions.
- All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase. Processing time for refunds is approximately five (5) business days from the date of the return. The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 Business Days.
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.
