We will assist you in designing a custom piece that perfectly encapsulates your unique love story. Personalize every aspect — from the band and the setting, to selecting your dream loose stone to be used for your ring.
Before we begin making your ring, you will receive a 3D rendering for you to review and make any desired edits to your design. Once the design is approved, our jewelers will begin production. Standard production time is 4 - 6 weeks.
Your ring is complete and ready for you to pop the question! A jewelry specialist will coordinate pickup or insured delivery. You will also receive a jewelry care guide, stone certification (if applicable), and details on our client benefits.
After your design consultation, it typically takes 3-5 days to receive your personalized CAD (computer-aided design) rendering. Once you approve the design, production usually takes 4-6 weeks. This ensures that every custom ring is expertly crafted with the highest attention to detail, resulting in a unique piece of fine jewelry that reflects your style and love story.
We offer mined or natural diamonds as well as gemstones. All of our diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free, ensuring that your custom engagement ring or fine jewelry piece is not only beautiful but ethically sourced. This allows you to choose the perfect option that fits your style, values, and budget.

While a custom design consultation is free, a design retainer fee is required to initiate the CAD process. If you decide not to move forward, the retainer fee will be forfeited; however, if you proceed with the purchase, the fee is applied toward the total cost of your custom jewelry piece. This ensures a smooth and dedicated design experience from start to finish.
For payment, we accept all major credit cards and offer a convenient 50/50 split payment option. A 50% deposit of the total price is required to initiate your custom order, with the remaining 50% due upon pickup. This flexible payment structure makes the process seamless and easy for our clients.
