Delivery
Once you place your order, we will take care of the rest. Your new jewelry will be delivered right to your doorstep — without you having to leave the comfort of your home. We want you to feel completely at ease; that’s why orders more than $100 will require your signature and sign-off upon delivery. Not home? If delivery drivers fail to obtain your signature, they will return three business days in a row before sending the package back to us.
Please note that many of our products are made to order and every item has a different lead time. If an item is in stock it will ship immediately. If you have ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise requested via email. You will receive status updates and shipment tracking via email.

Pickup at our store
We understand if you want to see your new jewelry in person before taking it home. That’s why you can place an order for pick-up in-store. You can pick up your order at either of our Design Center locations. Our experienced jewelry consultants will be right there to answer your questions and provide you with more information about caring for your Lillian M. Collection jewelry.
